Common use of Interconnection Customer Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer. An Interconnection Customer that elects to interconnect pursuant to Option (B) as set forth in Section 7.2 of the GIDAP. Party or Parties – The Participating TO, CAISO, Interconnection Customer or the applicable combination of the above. Phased Generating Facility – A Small Generating Facility that is structured to be completed and to achieve Commercial Operation in two or more successive sequences that are specified in this SGIA, such that each sequence comprises a portion of the total megawatt generation capacity of the entire Small Generating Facility.
