Common use of Interconnection Customer Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: 1. One (1) fully rated 34.5 kV circuit breaker on the high side of AC1-039 step-up transformer. 2. The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) equipment. 4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: 1. : • One (1) fully rated 34.5 230/34.5 kV wye ground/delta main power transformer with a rating of 54/72/90 MVA; • 2 x 12 MVar and 1x 6 MVar capacitor banks; • One (1) 230 kV circuit breaker on breaker; and • Communication equipment to the high side of AC1-039 step-up transformer. 2. The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) bidirectional metering equipment. 4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) equipment. 4. The establishment • Necessary metering equipment as specified in Schedule C of dedicated communication circuits for SCADAthis ISA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

One : TSS 942 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Substation (Customer Interconnection Facility) • Install one (1) fully rated 34.5 kV 18kV circuit breaker on the high side of AC1-039 breaker. • Install two (2) 18kV/345kV generator step-up transformer. transformers. • Install two (2) 345kV circuit breakers and disconnect switches. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADAMetering per ComEd standards. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) bidirectional metering equipment. 4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA. The establishment , fiber-optic equipment, and telecommunications equipment; and • Necessary metering equipment as specified in Schedule C of dedicated communication circuits for SCADAthis ISA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) bidirectional metering equipment. 4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

One (1) 34.5 kV generation collector bus; ii. One (1) fully rated 34.5 230/34.5/13.8 kV three-winding transformer, 132/176/220 MVA main step-up transformer ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (1) 230 kV circuit breaker on iv. One (1) 230 kV generator lead line from the high side generation substation to the Point of AC1-039 step-up transformer. 2. The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) equipment. 4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA.Interconnection with Dominion (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) bidirectional metering equipment. 4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

(1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: 1. : • One (1) fully rated 34.5 115/34.5/13.8 kV wye grounded / wye grounded / delta main power transformer with a rating of 57/76/95 MVA; • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker on breaker; • One (1) 18 MVAR capacitor bank; and • Communication equipment to the high side of AC1-039 step-up transformer. 2. The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) bidirectional metering equipment. 4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

The supervisory control and data acquisition One (SCADA1) equipment.34.5 kV lockable air switch; 4. The establishment One (1) 34.5 kV generator lead line from the generation substation to the Point of dedicated communication circuits for SCADAInterconnection with WPP. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None. Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

The required Interconnected Transmission Owner generation interconnection relaying and control facilities. 3. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) bidirectional metering equipment. 4. The establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None.
