Common use of Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection. Facilities (ICIF). Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, design, procure, construct, own and install the ICIF, as set forth in 5.10.1 Interconnection Customer's Interconnection 5.10.2 Transmission Provider's Review. Transmission Provider's review of Interconnection Customer's final specifications shall not be construed as confirming, endorsing, or providing a warranty as to the design, fitness, safety, durability or reliability of the Generating Facility, or the ICIF. Interconnection Customer shall make such changes to the ICIF, at Interconnection Customer’s expense, as may reasonably be required by Transmission Provider, in accordance with Applicable Reliability Standards, Transmission Provider’s technical Standards, and/or Good Utility Practice, to ensure that the ICIF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of Transmission Provider.
