Intercreditor Agreement Defaults. Any Loan Party or Other Obligor makes any payment on account of the ABL Debt other than payments which are not prohibited by the applicable provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents pertaining thereto, or if any holder (or agent or representative of such holder) of any ABL Debt attempts to limit or terminate any applicable provisions set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
