Common use of Interdependence Clause in Contracts

Interdependence. The transfer and deliveries described in this Article 2 are mutually interdependent and regarded as occurring simultaneously as of the close of business on the Closing Date; and, unless waived by both the transferor and transferee, no such transfer or delivery shall become effective unless and until all other transfers and deliveries provided for in this Article 2 have also been consummated.
