Common use of Interdependence Clause in Contracts

Interdependence. The transfers and deliveries described in this Article II are mutually interdependent and, except as otherwise set forth herein, are to be regarded as occurring prior to the closing of the Merger. Unless otherwise set forth herein or agreed to in writing by the applicable Parties, no such transfer or delivery shall become effective until all other transfers and deliveries provided for in this Article II have also become effective.
