Common use of Interdependence Clause in Contracts

Interdependence. (a) The obligations of the Purchasers and the Vendors under this clause 6 are interdependent with each other. (b) Completion will not occur unless all of the obligations of the Purchasers and the Vendors under this clause 6 are complied with and are fully complied with. (c) To the extent that Completion does not occur and any such actions have already been undertaken, the parties must do everything reasonably required to reverse those actions.
