Section 8B of the Humboldt County ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act Guidelines states that “all parties having any interest in any real property included in the contract which could ripen into a fee interest or be exercised in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the preserve, such as a security interest, shall be required to join in the execution of the proposed contract before such contract is executed by the Board of Supervisors”.
