Common use of Interest on and Return of Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

Interest on and Return of Capital Contributions. No Member shall be entitled to interest on its Capital Contribution or to return of its Capital Contribution, except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Operating Agreement. Unless unanimously agreed by the Members or to comply with Section 8.2(a), the Company shall not use borrowed funds to return a Member's initial Capital Contribution.
