Common use of Interest Rate After Maturity Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate After Maturity. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 2.5(a), 2.5(b) and 2.5(c) hereof, after Maturity, whether by acceleration or otherwise, the Debt shall bear interest at the fluctuating per annum rate equal to the sum of five percent (5%) per annum plus the Applicable Prime Rate and shall be payable on demand.
