Common use of INTEREST RATE AND NOTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

INTEREST RATE AND NOTIFICATION. (a) Interest shall accrue from day to day on each Segment of the US$ Cash Advance Facility for each Funding Period at the rate per annum agreed between the Lender and Treasury USA at the time of a request for a Segment or, in the absence of such agreement, the rate per annum determined by the Lender to be the aggregate of the Margin and LIBOR for such Funding Period. (b) If applicable, the Lender shall notify Treasury USA of the interest rate determined by it under this Clause as soon as it is ascertained.
