Common use of Interest Rate Determination Date Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate Determination Date. The date on which Lender determines the interest rate applicable to any Negotiated Rate Loan pursuant to subsection 3.2 hereof, which shall be the second LIBOR Business Day prior to the first day of the Interest Period applicable to such Negotiated Rate Loan.
