Common use of Interest Reset Clause in Contracts

Interest Reset. The Lender shall have the right to reset the Interest Rate (“Reset Interest Rate”) on each Interest Reset Date in accordance with any of the following options: a) The Benchmark rate or the Spread, as the case may be, shall stand revised; b) The fixed Interest Rate stands revised; or c) In a manner mutually agreed between the Lender and the Borrower.
