Common use of Interests in Collateral Clause in Contracts

Interests in Collateral. The interests of the Trust and of the Trustee in the Receivables and other Collateral continues to remain in full force and effect and have not been interrupted or impaired by the signing of this Agreement and such interests remain prior to all others except as set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
