INTERFACE STANDARDS. 3.1 HER must be notified by the Participating Railway and agree in writing to the type of terminator to be used as interface between the Railway Fibre and the HER Equipment or HER Fibre. The Participating Railway is responsible for connecting its fibre to the terminator.
