Interfaces and Coordination of Works with others. 13.2.1. The Supplier acknowledges that the Project will be implemented as part of the construction of a new concourse in the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ International Airport. The Works are expected to be conducted parallel to the works of the other contractors engaged in the construction, therefore the Supplier will be required to cooperate and coordinate with the other contractors working at the Site and shall use its best efforts to accommodate their presence at the Site and to avoid or mitigate disturbance or interruption to the works. 13.2.2. The Supplier shall follow and abide by the instruction the Main Contractor in all matters relating to safety and security, access to the site, work organization areas, use of infrastructures such as electricity and water, means of transportation on Site, the coordination and integration of the Works according to the Schedule. 13.2.3. The Supplier shall not be entitled to any additional consideration and/or compensation or indemnification of any kind in connection with the supervision by the Main Contractor, and such supervision shall not affect the Supplier's compliance with the Schedule and/or the Time of Completion. 13.2.4. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, the Supplier may be required by the IAA to provide such information with respect to the Works to other contractors engaged by the IAA as may be necessary or advantageous to the execution of the Project. The Supplier shall attend all regular meetings while on-site; in addition, the Supplier shall attend other meetings if they are urgent and if the Supplier cannot give its input or perform its role effectively at such meeting by other means, without physically attending it. 13.2.5. The IAA shall inform the Supplier about works performed by other contractors in due time in order to enable proper coordination between the Supplier and such other works. The Supplier shall not claim any extension to the Schedule with respect to the Works arising out of its failure to reasonably coordinate the progress of the Works with such other contractors, subject however to the provisions of Section 9 above. 13.2.6. Nothing herein shall derogate from the responsibility of the Supplier to familiarize itself and to make independent inquiries regarding any potential interfaces which may have an effect on the performance of the Works and/or on the Time of Completion. 13.2.7. The Supplier must consult and co-operate with the IAA and any of its other contractors and make the necessary accommodation and adaptations in order to ensure the compatibility between the System and the IAA Infrastructures and the between the System and other Interfacing Factors, as further specified in the Technical Specifications. 13.2.8. The Supplier shall be fully responsible for any damage, cost and/or expense incurred by the IAA where the deficiencies, errors, omissions with respect to the Supplier's obligations arise from and/or result from the Supplier's negligence or the performance of the Works in a manner that falls below the standards of skill and care required under this Contract and cause damage, require completed work to be removed, require additional works, adjustments, repairs and services for performing the interfaces between the System and the Interfacing Factors or have an impact on the project schedule or cost.

The Works are expected to be conducted parallel System, with the IAA, other contractors working on Site and other works carried out with respect to the works of the other contractors engaged in the constructionProject, therefore the Supplier will be required to cooperate and coordinate either directly with the other contractors working at or through the Site and shall use its best efforts to accommodate their presence at the Site and to avoid or mitigate disturbance or interruption to the worksIAA’s Representative.
13.2.2. 13.2.79.2.5. The Without derogating from the generality of the aforementioned, the Supplier must consult and co-operate with the IAA and any of its the other contractors Contractors and make the necessary accommodation and adaptations in order to ensure the compatibility between the System and the IAA Infrastructures and the between the System and other Interfacing Factorssystems and/or interfaces as specified in Chapters 5 and 6 of the Technical Requirements.
9.2.6. For the removal of doubt, the Supplier shall not be responsible for the systems and information provided by third parties, however, in the event of any defect or failure in any with an interfacing system or infrastructure, the Supplier will be responsible, as further specified in part of the Technical Specifications.
13.2.8Works and with no additional consideration, to cooperate with the IAA to identify and diagnose the source of the failure. The Supplier shall be fully responsible for any damagesupport, cost and/or expense incurred by assist and collaborate with IAA and other contractors as required in the IAA where resolution of these issues and provide all necessary documentation, information and access required in order to ensure the deficiencies, errors, omissions with respect to the Supplier's obligations arise from and/or result from the Supplier's negligence or the performance resolution of the Works failure in a manner that falls below the standards of skill and care required under this Contract and cause damage, require completed work to be removed, require additional works, adjustments, repairs and services for performing the interfaces between the System and the Interfacing Factors or have an impact on the project schedule or costtimely manner.

All physical, technological mechanical, electrical, control, data and the between the System and other Interfacing Factorsschedule aspects of these interfaces, as further specified in the Technical SpecificationsSpecifications shall be the Supplier's responsibility.
13.2.88.2.6. For the removal of doubt, the Supplier shall not be responsible for the IAA Infrastructures, however, in the event of any defect or failure in any with an interfacing system or infrastructure, the Supplier will be responsible, as part of the Works and with no additional consideration, to cooperate with the IAA to identify and diagnose the source of the failure. 8.2.7. The Supplier is aware that the Works are carried out in an active airport and therefore must ensure that all Works are carried out in a manner that falls below will not interrupt the standards operation of skill and care required under this Contract and cause damage, require completed work to be removed, require additional works, adjustments, repairs and services for performing the interfaces between the System airport and the Interfacing Factors or have an impact on passenger flow through the project schedule or costterminal. The Supplier is required to coordinate all Works with the IAA personnel and to adhere to their instructions regarding the order and manner in which the Works can be conducted.
