Without limiting the foregoing, the Executive shall not request, encourage, advise or attempt to persuade in any manner (including by making unfavorable or negative comments with respect to the Company, or its affiliates, products or conduct of business) any customers or suppliers of the Company or its affiliates to curtail or cancel such customer's or supplier's business relationship with the Company or its affiliates.
