Interference with the Business. For a period of five (5) years after the Closing Date, Seller and Seller's Shareholders covenant and agree not to directly or indirectly attempt to divert or interfere with Buyer's conduct of the Business or the Business's relationships with its customers, employees, suppliers or other person with which it does business.
