Interfering with Other Relations. During the Restricted Period, persuade or attempt to persuade any supplier, vendor, licensor or other entity or individual doing business with the Company or any of its subsidiaries to discontinue or reduce its business with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or otherwise interfere in any way with the business relationships and activities of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
