Interim Amendments. In the event both parties wish to amend this Agreement, such agreed upon amendment(s) shall be subject to ratification by the Board and the Association provided that both parties shall be empowered to effect temporary accommodations to resolve problems.

Interim Amendments. 3.1. In case of an interim change of the WBL data, the cover sheet will be replaced by a new cover sheet for the duration of the WBL period. 3.6. The school sends the new cover sheet in writing (both by regular post and by e-mail) to the student and to the WBL company as soon as possible. For students aged 16 to 18, the parent(s) or guardian(s) do not have to sign the WBL contract, provided they have agreed to this beforehand, when signing the education agreement. The student and the WBL company are given the opportunity to notify the school's student administration in writing or verbally within 10 working days of the new cover sheet being sent if the content of the new cover sheet is incorrect. 3.8. If the student or the WBL company indicates that the adjusted WBL data have not been displayed correctly (in accordance with the request or the consent of the non-requesting party), the school's student administration will proceed to correct the relevant WBL data. 3.9. If the student or the WBL company raise an objection to the fact that the WBL data have been changed without a request or consent, the school will delete the new cover sheet. In such case, the student will continue to follow the WBL at the company as stated on the previous cover sheet until consent is obtained from both parties. 3.10. Interim Amendments. The Indenture is hereby amended as follows: (a) The following definitions are hereby added to Section 1.01 of the Indenture:
Interim Amendments. 3.1 During the BPV period, the practical agreement, and more specifically the BPV details as included on the BPV front page, can be amended or supplemented with written or verbal permission from parties. 3.2 If the amendments to the BPV details result from an amendment to the education route of the participant, this must be preceded by a request from the participant for an amendment to the education route and an amendment to the education agreement. 3.3 The BPV details regarding the education within the framework of the BPV can only be amended at the request of the participant. This request can be preceded by a consultation, or an advice from the institution or the training company. 3.4 The BPV details concerning the start date and planned end date, duration and size of the BPV can be amended at the request of the training company. Such a request will only be honoured by the institution after consultation with and agreement from the participant. 3.5 In the case of an interim amendment to the BPV details, for the duration of the BPV the BPV will be replaced by a new BPV front page. 3.6 The institution will send the new BPV front page in writing (on paper or digitally) to the participant as soon as possible (and in the case of a minor also to his/her parent(s) or legal representative(s), except if it has been agreed in the education agreement that the parents/legal representatives agree with the fact that they will not co-sign the practical agreement) and to the training company. 3.7 The participant (and possibly the parent(s) or legal representative(s), see 3.6) and the training company will be given the opportunity, within 10 days of sending the new BPV front page, to communicate in writing or verbally to the institution that the content of the new BPV front page is not correct. 3.8 If the participant (or possibly the parent(s) or legal representative(s), see 3.6) or the training company indicates that the amended BPV details are not correctly mentioned (in accordance with the request, or the agreement of the party not making the request), the institution will proceed with a correction of the BPV details in question. 3.9 If the participant (or possibly the parent(s) or legal representative(s), see 3.6) or the training company makes an objection known that is focused on the fact that the BPV details have been amended without being founded on a request or agreement, the institution will proceed with deleting the new BPV front page. Interim Amendments. From time to time in between Annual Updates, the Core Team may amend the Development Budget or Development Plan (an “Interim Amendment”), provided that any material Interim Amendments shall be subject to review and discussion by the ASC and approval by the ADB in the same manner and within the same timeframes that are applicable to Annual Updates as set forth above in Section 2.2(b)(ii) and such provisions shall apply to Interim Amendments mutatis mutandis. The Development Plan and Development Budget, as modified by any Interim Amendment approved in accordance with this Agreement, shall be the final Development Plan and Development Budget for the Calendar Year specified therein and shall be binding and conclusive on the Parties. Allergan shall have the right to call and to direct APIL to call special meetings of the ASC at its discretion for the purposes of reviewing and discussing any material Interim Amendments. All Development Plans and Development Budgets, including Annual Updates and Interim Amendments shall be set in good faith, consistent with the principles set forth in Section 2.2(a).
