Common use of Interim Basis Only Clause in Contracts

Interim Basis Only. DT Midstream acknowledges that the purpose of this Agreement is for DT Midstream to receive, and DTE Energy to provide, the Services on an interim basis and that the Services provided hereunder are transitional in nature. During the term of this Agreement, DT Midstream agrees to work diligently and expeditiously to establish its own logistics, infrastructure and systems to enable a transition to its own internal organization or other third-party providers of the Services and agrees to use its commercially reasonable efforts to reduce or eliminate its dependency on the DTE Energy’s provision of the Services as soon as is reasonably practicable.
