Common use of Interim Inspections and Testing of Works Clause in Contracts

Interim Inspections and Testing of Works. a. TELKOM shall be entitled to request the CONTRACTOR at any time when deemed necessary during the execution of the Contract, to carry out inspections and tests of the Works so far constructed/installed in the reasonable time. b. The CONTRACTOR shall provide such assistance, instruments, machines, and labor as are normally and reasonably required for examining, measuring and testing the Works and the quality of any Goods incorporated in the Works at no additional cost to TELKOM. c. Should any portion of the Works or Goods incorporated in the Works fail to conform to the Technical Specifications after the Site Inspections/ Tests, TELKOM must reject them and the CONTRACTOR shall immediately repair, replace and/or correct such unsatisfactory portion(s) at its own cost.
