Interim Obligations upon a Finding of Unforeseen Circumstances. If the Wildlife Agencies make a finding of Unforeseen Circumstances, during the period necessary to determine the nature and location of additional or modified mitigation, Permittees will avoid contributing to appreciably reducing the likelihood of the survival and recovery of the affected Covered Species.
