Interim Payment 2. If Asset Ratio 2 on Measurement Date 2 is greater than 70% but less than 90%, Buyer shall pay to Seller an amount equal to (y) Target Amount 2 multiplied by (z) 1.0 minus the product of (I) the relevant Payment Factor multiplied by (II) 66.67%.
Interim Payment 2. Request for interim payment by the Contractor shall be admissible if accompanied by : provided the report has been approved by the Agency. The Agency shall have twenty days from receipt to approve or reject the report, and the Contractor shall have twenty days in which to submit additional information or a new report.
Interim Payment 2. The third payment shall be fifteen percent (15%) of the total Incentives Award Amount for the Milestones described below and shall be paid within thirty (30) business days of the Alliance’s undisputed receipt of Milestone deliverables (due by November 30, 2023).
