Common use of Interim Progress Reports Clause in Contracts

Interim Progress Reports. The Signatory Companies will submit Interim Progress Reports to EPA informing the Agency of the progress of the Testing Program. An Interim Progress Report is required one hundred eighty (180) days after the Effective Date specified in Section XXII.A of this ECA and every one hundred eighty (180) days thereafter until the Signatory Companies have fulfilled all obligations under Section VII of this ECA. Interim Progress Reports shall include a summary of work completed to date, any proposed changes in protocols or schedule, raw data (as defined in 40 C.F.R. § 792.3) and any other matters affecting progress of testing.
