Interior Design/Documentation. These are services during the Schematic Design Phase consisting of space allocation and utilization plans based on functional relationships, consideration of alternate materials, systems and equipment and development of conceptual design solutions for architectural, mechanical, electrical and equipment requirements in order to establish: 7.1. Partition locations 7.2. Furniture and equipment layouts 7.3. Description of finishes for typical areas, areas subject to heavy use or traffic, toilet areas, food service areas and any special finishes. Design Development Documents should consist of drawings and other documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project, including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials, equipment and labor, safety and maintenance requirements, and energy conservation.
