Interior Design/Documentation. services during the Design Development Phase consisting of continued development and expansion of interior Schematic Design Documents and development of outline specifications or materials lists to establish the final scope and preliminary details relative to: 01. Interior construction of the Project A. Floor plans and reflective ceiling plans drawn to 1/8” scale. B. Partition types indicated and noted on plans. C. Door and frame types designed and noted on schedule. D. Any additional secondary framing requirements noted (i.e. mezzanines, stages, stairs, ramps, etc.). E. Interior railings indicated in plan and elevation with typical detail. F. Typical interior details noted. 02. Special Interior design features
