Common use of Internal References Clause in Contracts

Internal References. The words “herein”, “hereof” and “hereunder” and words of similar import, when used in this Agreement, shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any provision of this Agreement, and “Article”, “Section”, “subsection”, “paragraph”, “Exhibit”, “Schedule” and respective references are to this Agreement unless otherwise specified. References herein or in any Loan Document to any agreement or other document shall, unless otherwise specified herein or therein, be deemed to be references to such agreement or document as it may be amended, modified or supplemented after the date hereof from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof or of such agreement or document, as the case may be.
