The International ATM Transactions clause governs how transactions made at automated teller machines outside the account holder's home country are processed and managed. Typically, this clause outlines applicable fees, currency conversion rates, and any limits or restrictions on international withdrawals or balance inquiries. International ATM Transactions. International transactions made using your Ellevest Debit Card will be converted to U.S. currency according to the rules and regulations of the card network. The conversion of the currency to U.S. currency may occur on a date other than your original transaction date and fees may be assessed by these networks. You are responsible for the U.S. currency amount plus any fees assessed for the currency conversion. Some services may not be available at international ATM terminals. International ATM transactions may be subject to a fee in accordance with our Schedule of Fees, below. Your Ellevest Debit Card does not permit deposits at ATMs.

  • International Transactions When you use your Visa Debit Card, Platinum Visa Credit Card, or ATM card for international transactions, a fee will be assessed. You agree to pay a 1.00% international transaction fee for ATM and point-of-sale (i.e., PIN-based) transactions and a 3.00% international transaction fee for all other international transactions and cash advances. The fee will be assessed on international transactions if a currency conversion does take place or if the transaction is processed in U.S. dollars.

  • INTERNATIONAL BIDDING All offers (tenders), and all information and Product required by the solicitation or provided as explanation thereof, shall be submitted in English. All prices shall be expressed, and all payments shall be made, in United States Dollars ($US). Any offers (tenders) submitted which do not meet the above criteria will be rejected.

  • International Data Transfers The Company and the Stock Plan Administrator are based in the United States. The Participant should note that the Participant’s country of residence may have enacted data privacy laws that are different from the United States. The Company’s legal basis for the transfer of the Participant's Personal Information to the United States is the Participant’s consent.

  • Foreign Exchange Transactions To facilitate the administration of Customer's trading and investment activity, Bank may, but shall not be obliged to, enter into spot or forward foreign exchange contracts with Customer, or an Authorized Person, and may also provide foreign exchange contracts and facilities through its Affiliates or Subcustodians. Instructions, including standing instructions, may be issued with respect to such contracts, but Bank may establish rules or limitations concerning any foreign exchange facility made available. In all cases where Bank, its Affiliates or Subcustodians enter into a master foreign exchange contract that covers foreign exchange transactions for the Accounts, the terms and conditions of that foreign exchange contract and, to the extent not inconsistent, this Agreement, shall apply to such transactions.

  • International Agreements Bosnia and Herzegovina shall remain or become party to the international agreements listed in Annex I to this Constitution.
