Common use of International Standby Practices Clause in Contracts

The Issuing Bank may have the Letters of Credit be subject to International Standby Practices, as published as of the date of issue by the International Chamber of Commerce (Publication No. 590 or the most recent publication, the "ISP 98"), in which case the ISP 98 may be incorporated therein and deemed in all respects to be a part thereof.
