Common use of Internet Backhaul Connection Clause in Contracts

Internet Backhaul Connection. CCL will provide necessary data circuits between China Telecom Internet exchange and the NOC facility. CCL will be responsible for the cost and performance of these circuits. Unless otherwise agreed by CCT Shanghai and CCL, all Customer connectivity to the Internet will be effected through these circuits connected to the China Telecom Internet exchange. CCL will be responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of these Internet backhaul connections.

CCL CCLX will be responsible for the cost and performance of these circuits. Unless otherwise agreed by CCT Shanghai and CCLCCLX, all Customer connectivity to the Internet will be effected through these circuits connected to the China Telecom Internet exchange. CCL CCLX will be responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of these Internet backhaul connections.
