Internet Delays. Company’s Services may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. The Company is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures or other damage resulting from such problems. It is the mutual responsibility of the Company and of the Customer to provide the telecommunications and network services and correctly configured hardware and other equipment needed to connect to the Services.
