Internet Web Site. The Claims Administrator shall establish an internet website that will inform Class Members of the terms of the Settlement Agreement, their rights, dates, and deadlines and related information. The website shall include, in .pdf format, materials agreed upon by the Parties and/or required by the Courts, and shall provide for the electronic submission of Claims by Class Members. The website shall be available in both French and English.
