Internship Requirements of On-Site Supervisor. The internship must be an extension of the classroom: apply classroom knowledge. While the intern will be working at your site, they should not be treated as a part-time employee. This experience is not solely to advance the operations of the employer or to be only work completed by regular employees. • When possible, skills and knowledge learned should be transferrable to other employment settings. • The experience should have a defined beginning, middle, and end, and a developed job description. • The experience will have defined learning objectives/goals related to the student’s professional growth and academic coursework. • There is supervision by a professional with expertise and educational and/or professional background in the field of the experience. • There is routine feedback given by the experienced supervisor. • There are resources, equipment, and facilities provided by the host employer that support learning objectives/goals. • Arrange a weekly work schedule that can accommodate the student’s academic responsibilities. • Make available any materials that the student has produced for the organization for review by the faculty internship adviser as an additional basis for grading the student's performance. • Carry Worker's Compensation Insurance affording coverage to the intern in the event of on-the-job injury should it be established that an employer/employee relationship exists between the organization and the student. (Paid internships only) • The on-site supervisor will complete a midterm and final evaluation providing an appraisal of the student’s work. Evaluation forms will be emailed to the following email address (site supervisor email) • Upon receipt of the evaluations, the Center for Career Development will record these forms and submit them to the Faculty Internship Advisor. Evaluations count as part of the student’s final grade.

  • Personnel Requirements and Documentation Grantee will; 1. maintain current personnel documentation on each employee. All documents must be factual and accurate. Health-related information must be stored separately with restricted access as appropriate under Tex. Gov. Code §552.102. Training records may be stored separately from the main personnel file but must be easily accessible upon request. Required documentation includes the following, as applicable: i. A copy of the current job description signed by the employee; ii. Application or resume with documentation of required qualifications and verification of required credentials; iii. Verification of work experience; iv. Annual performance evaluations; v. Personnel data that includes date hired, rate of pay, and documentation of all pay increases and bonuses; vi. Documentation of appropriate screening and/or background checks, to include probation or parole documentation; vii. Signed documentation of initial and other required training; and viii. Records of any disciplinary actions. 2. document authentication must include signature, credentials when applicable, and date. If the document relates to past activity, the date of the activity must also be recorded. Documentation must be permanent and legible. When it is necessary to correct a required document, the error must be marked through with a single line, dated, and initialed by the writer.

  • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B. Appropriately budget funds to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C.   • Listing and Maintenance Requirements Compliance The Company has not in the two years preceding the date hereof received written notice from any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing, maintenance or other requirements of such exchange, market, trading or quotation facility. The Company has no reason to believe that it does not now or will not in the future meet any such requirements.

  • Inspection at Contractor’s Site The Department reserves the right to inspect, or enlist a third-party to perform, at any reasonable time with prior notice, the equipment, product, plant or other facilities of the Contractor to assess conformity with Term Contract requirements and to determine whether they are adequate and suitable for proper and effective Term Contract performance.
