Common use of Interpretation and Reliance Clause in Contracts

Interpretation and Reliance. The Parties acknowledge and confirm that each of their respective attorneys have participated jointly in the review and revision of this Non-Relocation Agreement and that it has not been written solely by counsel for one Party. The Parties further agree that the language used in this Non-Relocation Agreement is the language chosen by the Parties to express their mutual intent and that no rule of strict construction is to be applied against any Party.
