Interpretation and Severability. In the event any provision of ------------------------------- this Agreement, or any portion thereof, is determined by any or court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or void, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall nevertheless be binding upon Holdings, the Company and Executive with the same effect as though the void provision or portion thereof had never been set forth therein.
