Interpretation of Conditions. 1.2.1. Should the context so require, words in the singular in the Conditions include the plural and vice versa. 1.2.2. Unless otherwise set forth in the Conditions, references in the Conditions to clauses mean references to the clauses of the Conditions. 1.2.3. The headings of chapters and clauses of the Conditions are only to facilitate reading and have no effect on the interpretation of the contents of the chapters or the clauses. 1.2.4.   • Interpretation of Contract In the event of a conflict or question involving the provisions of any part of this Contract, interpretation and clarification as necessary shall be determined by the County’s assigned buyer.   • Interpretation of the Agreement The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall govern this Agreement.
