Common use of Interpretation of Information Clause in Contracts

Interpretation of Information. At any time during the performance of any Services, the Consultant shall confer with ATL for the purpose of interpreting the information obtained and to correct any errors or omissions. These consultations, clarifications, or corrections shall be made without added compensation to the Consultant other than what has been provided for under the terms of this Contract. The Consultant shall give immediate attention to these changes so there will be minimum delay to others.
