Interpretation of this Section. The purpose of this Section 306 is to satisfy the requirements of the Rebate Provision. Accordingly, this section shall be construed so as to meet such requirements. The Borrower covenants that all action taken under this section shall be taken in a manner that complies with the Rebate Provision and that it shall neither take any action nor omit to take any action that would cause the Bonds to be arbitrage bonds by reason of the failure to comply with the Rebate Provision.
