Interpretation of this UK Addendum. Where this UK Addendum uses terms that are defined in the Approved EU SCCs those terms shall have the same meaning as in the Approved EU SCCs. In addition, the following terms have the following meanings: UK Addendum means this International Data Transfer Addendum incorporating the EU SCCs, attached to the DPA as Exhibit D.
