Interpretation; Titles and Subtitles. This Agreement shall be construed according to its fair language. The rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in interpreting this Agreement. The titles of the sections and subsections of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and are not to be considered in construing this Agreement. This Agreement and all other ancillary agreement are entered into in English only. Any Chinese translation of this Agreement is for reference only and shall not be a legally binding document. Accordingly, the English version will prevail in the event of any inconsistency between the English and any Chinese translations thereof. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that it has consulted with legal counsel with respect to the English version of this Agreement and that it fully understands its terms.
