Common use of Interpreting these Terms Clause in Contracts

Interpreting these Terms. Except as they may be supplemented by additional terms, conditions, policies, guidelines, standards, and in-product disclosures, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between BoatFlex and you pertaining to your access to or use of the BoatFlex Platform and supersede any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between BoatFlex and you. These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon anyone other than you and BoatFlex. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
