Interruption Notice/Termination. If before the Approval ------------ ------------------ Date, due to damage or destruction of the Station Assets, the regular broadcast transmission of any Station in the normal and usual manner is interrupted for a period of seven (7) continuous days or more, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall give prompt written notice thereof (the "Interruption Notice") to ------------ ------ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. During the two (2) Business Days after the receipt of the Interruption Notice, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, by giving written notice thereof to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 12.A(2)(c).
