Interruption of studies. For compelling personal or vocational reasons, the student has the right to apply for interruption of studies under detailed description of the reason and by providing a proof and the student has to plan for a re-entry at the earliest possible time. In cases of a negative board exam (3rd attempt), the student can request to repeat the academic year. This application can only be handed in once during one’s studies.

  • Completion of Services (a) The Customer must: (i) notify Deswik in writing as soon as the Customer becomes aware of any defects in the Services; or (ii) provide Deswik with an email confirming successful completion of any Services Deswik advises the Customer have been completed. (c) If the Customer notifies Deswik of any defects under clause 5.4(a)(i), Deswik will, as soon as possible investigate and (where applicable) undertake rectification of the defects. Upon completion of any defect rectification the Customer must promptly provide an email notification of the successful completion of the services, unless further defects exist. In this case, the Customer is further required to notify Deswik of such defects.

  • Rectification of Safety Hazard (a) Where, because of the existence of a safety hazard, a site has been stopped for a defined period of time and Employees sent off site by agreement between Site Managers and any combination of Union Official/s, Health and Safety Committee, those people who remain on site to do rectification work will be paid at the rate of double time for all such work. (b) This would not be applicable on normal de watering (see clause 32.6 hereof) or normal housekeeping work or where a section of the site has been declared unsafe and normal rectification occurs whilst the remainder of the site carries on working. It is agreed that any ‘housekeeping’ work performed on Projects is to be paid at single time rate.
