INTERSESSION SUBSTITUTE SERVICE. Employees assigned to a year-round 3 track schedule are eligible to apply to substitute during their intersession/recess 4 periods. When serving as a substitute teacher at any Educare, Head Start, or CDC 5 site other than the site to which they are regularly assigned, they shall be paid as 6 per Schedule O. When serving as a substitute teacher at the CDC site to which they 7 are regularly assigned, they shall be paid at a premium rate. 8
