Common use of Intervention Clause in Contracts

Intervention. The Grantee will not hinder the Grantor’s lawful intervention in any suit or proceeding to which the Grantee is a party which may have a direct adverse effect upon the construction, upgrade, maintenance, or operation of the Cable System.
