Introducing Brokers and Affiliates. 15.1 The Client may have been recommended by an introducing broker or an affiliate based on a written agreement with the Company subject to the Applicable regulations. 15.2 The Company may pay a fee/commission to introducing brokers and/or affiliates based on a written agreement.
