INTRODUCTORY CLAUSE. The following constitutes a master agreement between the County of Trinity, a political subdivision of the State of California (COUNTY), and the United Public Employees of California (UPEC or UNION) for the Trinity County Health & Human Services Unit (HHS Unit), concerning wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment, which shall be effective from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
