Invalidity of a Provision. 18.1 If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement or the application of such provision, or provisions to persons or circumstances other than those deemed to be held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected.
