Inventions and Intellectual Property Rights. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall promptly inform SIRONA in the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or any one of its employees acquires rights to inventions or other intellectual property relating to Contractual Products. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall first offer SIRONA the acquisition of the rights before offering them to third parties.
